4-Acetyloxy-N,N-diallyltryptamine (or 4-AcO-DALT) is a tryptamine derivative. It has been sold as a designer drug, but little other information is available. It was first officially identified in seized drug samples in 2012.[1] 4-HO-DALT and 4-AcO-DALT produce the head-twitch response, a behavioral proxy of psychedelic-like effects, in rodents.[2] The receptor interactions of 4-HO-DALT and 4-AcO-DALT have been studied.[2][3]
