| Yup, definitely my dark horse of the season. A bit of love for Zapp: that blood thread was awesome. And the chase when he lit it on fire. It was all so flashy, topped with the beautiful architecture. <3 It's a bit random so I do hope some story arc or something shows up later, but I can live off the spunk too. It's such a fun show with awesome specs! Kagura White appears! I like her already. And then a spunky ED. <3 |

| Zapp stealing pizzas was hilarious. Typical Shinpachi-style screaming in the hospital bed towards the end. Music reminds me of Baccano! soundtrack, in other words, the music is awesome. |

| 15/5 episode and OP/ED. Loved Zap going after that Dogimo's Pizza and damn is he player! m-i-c-h-a-e-l said: sooo is it "Jerusalem's Lot" or "Hellselum's Lot?" "Dogimo Pizza" "Yo! Tube" lol. It's Hellsalem's Lot. You hear the VA's say it every time. How fansubbers could think professional VA's could mispronounce "Jerusalem" for "Hellsalem" shows they just put too much thought into it and that's the reason I'll always hunt for professional subs over fansubs every time. |

| This was such a good episode !! This is quickly becoming my favorite anime of the season, Zapp is prob my favorite character, only problem is that the other characters don't have much of a personality yet... but that's ok !! It's only the second episode, after all !! Loving the directing in this too !! That ED was great, definitely my fav this season |

| It's been a good while since an episode of a show has prompted me to write something. But goddamn, despite how messy the storytelling is, this show is phenomenally off-the-wall in its atmosphere and presentation in the best way possible. The second half of this episode, till the end of the credits, legit gave me a feeling of nostalgia - a feeling that anime used to give me when I was new to the medium, and devouring everything I could when it was all new to me. This is an example of a show taking full advantage of the medium of animation, and now I can't wait till the next episode. I've heard about the issues with the manga, but frankly, if this show continues to be this well directed and retains its immaculate atmosphere and sense of style, I could care less; the staff behind this show could very well elevate the material in ways people may not have considered. |

I love pretty much everything about it so far - the eccentric characters, the beautiful OST(love the covers of old time classics used), the OP, the Ed, the brilliant art style and whacky plot that reminds me of Baccano. Either way The firstEP was impressive but second episode blew the first out of the water. |

| Both the OP and ED are great -- probably my favourite of the season (although I prefer the ED a bit more). Decent episode. The next episode looks good. Kekkai Sensen is probably the coolest anime of this season. |

| Damn, I loving this anime. It is so bloody stylish. Zapp is a fucking beast. The OP was really good, and the ED was awesome. I am loving this art-style though. It is rare to see background imagery of a city have so much detail involved, definitely a visual treat. I am curious about the full extend of Leo's eyes as well. He can see pretty much everything, but also project images to air and mind? I just hope Leo doesn't always end up the damsel in distress. He doesn't need to be a complete bad-ass, but give him some degree of competency. Ghost girl has definitely piqued my interest! xD |

| This is definitely AOTS so far. For a number of reasons. First of all, Zapp's bio said "dick suck"...  And Clain's said "shawty".  Leonardo named his monkey, whose only power is 'gotta go fast', Sonic. That realistic American quarter, and other hints that they're trying to emulate New York city accurately. The hella cool BGM with the jazz and hip hop influences. And of course, Klaus' dancing in the ED. |

| This show is so mental, but in all the right ways. I'm absolutely loving it! The soundtrack just gets better and better, especially with that great OP and that hilarious ED. Leo's dancing is great! I wonder how White's going to fit into things here though, especially if she really is a ghost as she claims. |

I know it's only episode two, but I'm really starting to like these characters thanks to their amusing interactions and dynamics. The non-serious, almost comedic tone that this series has tends to help towards that too, I think. Even the pacing was much better this time and Matsumoto somehow made the pizza gag from the manga even funnier here. I also thought it was pretty interesting how she decided to do the generic re-capping monologue thing that most Shounens seem to have. Not to mention that OP and that amazing ED, while the OST and animation remain top-tier. Fuck, what a fun episode and that hospital scene after they rescued him was hilarious. I'm starting to think that this anime was made just for me and I'm having a blast, although I can understand why a lot of people aren't into it. Still though, I'm not too sure about the original character (a ghost? holy shit, I did not expect that) although I assume they're going to work her into to an original ending considering 12 episode's are now confirmed. I'll wait till the time comes for that, but for now I'm having a lot of fun with Kekkai Sensen. Also some OST samples if anyone's interested: Thank you for those OST Samples, I really appreciate it. I wonder when the full ost will get released ? Anyway, That was an awesome episode. But it lacks of explanation about how Leonardo could unleash that move with his eyes. I am hoping we can know the big picture of the story in the next Episode. Loved that OP and ED, Deserved to be the best OP and ED of the year. Damn, Every Saturday of mine is going to be nuts with all of those anime lineups. |

| I wasn't too keen on this show after ep 1, but the Zapp scenes were hilarious, so I like it a lot more now! XD Zapp is definitely my favorite. ^__^ I was wondering about Leo's eyes, too... I'm not sure how he figured out how to use that power, but I think he forced the bad guys to see what he was seeing, which screwed them up and caused them to flip the car because they couldn't see the road. At one point, one of the bad guys says "what is this monkey I'm seeing?!" (or something close to that), while Leo was looking at Sonic. I can only assume he was projecting his own vision onto the bad guys. |
| So we already had Katsura, Shinpachi, Hijikata and Sarutobi and now we have Kagura so the question is, where is Gintoki ? But i actually don't mind their voices it makes the show even funnier. |

| Im falling in love with this series already, Zap was just too funny. The music cues are done really well and i just love the vibe the series gives off. Defintely the episode im most anticipating for next week, after Gil vs Berserker ofc. |
