Why don't you just download the game again and simply don't install the patch. It's not difficult.

If you have installed my i-patch fix, delete :
[your disk]\MilfyCity-1.0e-pc\_ipatch.rpy <- this is my fix
and
[your disk]\MilfyCity-1.0e-pc\patch.rpy <- this is the incest patch
